INTRODUCTION
Originally the concept "socialization" came from political economy. There the given term meant communication of the earth, means of production, etc.
In 1887 American sociologist Giddings F.G. in the book «The socialization theory» made the definition close to the mode
: development of the social nature or preparation of the person for social life.
Today the problem of socialization is studied by philosophers, sociologists, psychologists, teachers, etc.
Socialization influence: the state (to it carry an obligatory minimum of education, age of its beginning, service life in armies, other laws); influence of various circumstances on society (this natural disaster, accidents); norms and the rules created by society and the state (material, cultural wealth, culture); education.
Socialization is continuous process because the person constantly cooperates with society. It occurs during communication, work, game. The child starts to study culture of communication, behavior rules, seizes roles of the man and the woman .Object of socialization is the person. In our case – the child. The family is primary institute of socialization and at the same time is the subject.
To grow up the high-grade person, cultural, highly moral, creative and socially mature personality, it is necessary, that parents enclosed a lot of work in process of education and socialization of the children. The family is the most powerful tool of formation of the identity of the child.
The information that surrounds the child and which is inte
alized comes within the family arena through parent-child interactions, role modeling, reinforcement for desired behaviors, and parental approval or disapproval. As children move into the larger world of friends and school, many of their ideas and beliefs are reinforced by those around them. A further reinforcement of acceptable and appropriate behavior is shown to children through the media, in particular, television.

SUMMARY
As we’ve understood socialization is the process of formation of the personality. It’s vividly seen that the role of parents in the socialization of children is enormous. Socialization of children is difficult and complex. Without parents children’s entry into adult life will not be successful. Parents open their children new horizons of life. They teach to be strong in different situations. They give their children necessary knowledge. They form some abilities and skills in order their children can easily overcome all difficulties in socialization. So parents prepare young people to communication with other people, to cooperation, forming the certain position in system of interpersonal interactions with people around.
