ational relations based on observance of the conventional principles and norms of inte
ational law by all states, excluding the solution of controversial questions and disagreements among them by means of force or threat.
The principles of inte
ational security are:
• the adoption of peaceful co-existence as the universal principle of the interstate relations;
• ensuring equal safety for all states;
• creation of effective guarantees in military, political, economic and humanitarian spheres;

Unfortunately, at last conference there were no officials of nuclear powers defining political policies of the countries. For this reason a number of conclusions and approximate recommendations became result of a forum only.
