On August 29, 2008 the Program of development of logistic system for the period till 2015 in Belarus is approved.
As shows world experiment, the most important factor of economic growth is formation of the logistic system covering various fields of activity in the country. In the mode
market environment process of improvement of logistic management by merchandising objectively leads to strengthening of integration of the organizations participating in movement of goods.
The program of development of logistic system of Republic of Belarus for the period till 2015 is developed by the public scientific institution "Institute of Economy of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" in pursuance of the minutes of the working group on development of the draft of the program of development in Republic of Belarus of logistic system for the period till 2015.
In the Program definite purposes, tasks and ways of development of logistic system of the republic for the period till 2015, classification of the logistic centers is presented, the main approaches to creation of the logistic centers are developed (transport and logistic, wholesale trade in consumer goods, wholesale trade in industrial goods, multipurpose trade and logistic complexes (centers) abroad), are given schemes of placement of objects of logistic system, the mechanism of creation of a preferential mode for potential investors and system of criteria of their choice is offered, methodical approaches to management of logistic system are developed Republic of Belarus, is designated approaches to information support of management and functioning of logistic system of the country, etc.

The number of the various logistic centers grows in Republic of Belarus the increasing rates. The Development program of logistic system for the period till 2015 in Belarus is approved. In the Program particular purposes, tasks and ways of development of logistic system of the republic for the period till 2015, classification of the logistic centers is provided, the main approaches to creation logistic schemes of placement of objects of logistic system are developed, the mechanism of creation of a preferential mode for potential investors and system of criteria of their choice is offered, methodical approaches to management of logistic system of Republic of Belarus are developed, approaches to information support of management and functioning of logistic system of the country are designated. The program is oriented to stimulation of processes of creation of the transport and logistic centers public.
