CONCLUSION

Naturally, effective diplomatic steps of Minsk bring results, not only in resolving the Ukrainian crisis. Until recently, no one could have imagined that in a short time to visit the Belarusian capital head of EU foreign policy, and then by the President of France on a par with the German Chancellor. Against this background, the continuing sanctions against Belarus seem inappropriate anachronism.
