АННОТАЦИЯ
Реферат «Гражданско-правовой договор» состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников.
Во введении указываются функции гражданско-правового договора, его общественная значимость в гражданском процессе, поставлены цели и задачи реферата.
В первой главе рассматривается понятие гражданско-правового договора и его условия как основа его содержания.
Во второй главе исследованы основные положения и порядок заключения сторонами гражданско-правового договора.
В третьей главе рассмотрены основания, порядок и последствия изменения и расторжения гражданско-правового договора.
В заключении сделаны выводы по теме реферата.

Conclusion
A contract in civil law is one of the most widely used, flexible and operative legal connections between different parties. It allows to realize a process of transformation of material and other values between participants of civil tu
over.
A contract makes it possible to take into account specificity and peculiarities of interrelations of the parties, harmonize their individual interests and provide legal guarantee of these interests.
In belarussian civil legislation a contract is defined as an agreement of two or several persons conce
ing the establishment, change, or termination of civil rights and duties. As far as a contract is a kind of a transaction, legal norms of civil legislation about bilateral and multilateral transactions can be used to regulate its peculiarities. It should be taken into account that the concept of a transaction correlates with a concept of a contract as generic and specific concept. And a contract is an agreement which is based on a volitional act between its participants.
The totality of conditions which define rights and duties of the contract parties is the main content of the contract. According to their purposes these conditions are divided into three types: significant, usual and casual.
A contract enters into force and becomes binding for the parties from the time of its conclusion. Belarusian legislation provides for a certain order of conclusion of a contract - a contract is concluded by means of sending an offer by one party and its acceptance by the other party and is considered to be concluded when agreement regarding all the significant conditions of the contract has been reached in the form required in appropriate instances.
